Jiffy Iuen, co-founder and CEO, Frank Collective: Jiffy’s work has been recognized with an Emmy-nomination, One Show Gold Pencils, the Cannes Lions Grand Prix, and more. But her chief goal as CEO of Frank Collective is to support a creative environment based on inclusion, empowerment and innovation. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and three rescue dogs, and stacks up frequent flier miles toggling between the Frank offices in Brooklyn and downtown Los Angeles. At Frank Collective, Jiffy has worked with clients including Blue Apron, Gallo, Tapad, Google, Bombas, Lola, Ladder, Google, American Express and TRESemme.

 

Kelly Bayett is the Creative Director as well as Founder and Partner of Barking Owl. Her goal was to create a music, sound design and mix company that always focuses on creative and collaboration first in every department. Since founding the company in 2009, she has added the music supervision talent of Liza Richardson, the composing talents of Oscar winner Atticus Ross, Chulo Records founder Jacob Plasse, Oscar nominated Sound Designer Wylie Stateman, sound designer Morgan Johnson, three brilliant mixers as well as songwriter Brian Canning. Kelly has been the recipient of every major advertising award, including collaborations on Emmy winning commercial work. She works as Creative Director with clients such as Nike, Coke, Google, New York Times, Gatorade, Montefiore, Old Spice, Audi, Apple and more. Kelly lives in Los Angeles with her partner in love, life and business, Justin Bayett and their 4 children. She is also a partner in the GAF Project to promote and create monthly events that center around fundraising and volunteering.

Stefanie Nissen, founder, TRVL Porter: Entrepreneur Stefanie Nissen has an extensive background in the fashion industry. She's been a fashion designer and owned a style consulting business. Her business acumen has led to her consulting multiple fashion tech startups. Nissen founded the online travel rental service, TRVL Porter after an airline lost her luggage. That's when the idea came about. She decided to solve this problem for her and many other travelers. And in the process, she ended up transforming the way the world travels – luggage free. Her mission is to have a positive environmental impact both in the fashion and travel industries. She is pioneering a more sustainable future of fashion by offering rental clothing. This eliminates luggage, reduces the weight on planes and ultimately decreases CO2 in the atmosphere. TRVL Porter creates a more sustainable way to travel.

 

Michelle Wong, President, Dailey LA: Los Angeles native Michelle Wong began her unlikely career path when, at age 7, she became an actor in commercials, films and as a series regular on network television. A foodie to her core, she graduated with a Grand Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu in London before embarking on her advertising career. She started at Leo Burnett in Chicago, then worked at FCB Chicago before moving back to L.A. to work at M&C Saatchi. She has been at Dailey for 11 years and is thrilled to be President of the agency. Michelle’s career has spanned major brands such as Philip Morris, SC Johnson, The Getty, City National Bank and Nestlé. She shared her thoughts on the benefits of diverse leadership with SXSW this past March and was recently honored with a 2019 ColorComm Circle award in recognition of her outstanding leadership and mentorship to other women in the industry.

 

William Rassman, CFP®, is a thought leader, Founder of Wealth Thought Out on Medium.com, and a financial services advisor for celebrities, influencers and business leaders. He began his career at Smith Barney in the financial district of New York in 2008, and is a Wealth Advisor at Centric Capital Advisors.

 

Tess Cacciatore is Founder of Global Women’s Empowerment Network (a 501c3) & CEO/Executive Producer at GWEN Global LLC a for-profit company dedicated to social impact & positive change in the entertainment arena. Tess is a best-selling author, award-winning producer/filmmaker, keynote speaker, social entrepreneur who has dedicated her life to advocating for "Transforming lives through the power of storytelling!" Recognizing that everyone’s story has value, Tess provides support for those who struggle to find their voice.
