Phoenix Gonzalez is a co-founder and President at dotstudioPRO, a Video Distribution and Monetization SaaS Platform. With over 15 years of experience in sales/ business development and entertainment media, her passion and profession lie at the intersection of media and technology. Gonzalez has been instrumental in driving the company's investment success, market penetration, customer growth, and channel partnerships. Some clients include the Minnesota Vikings, Washington Redskins, and Lifetimes Hit TV show turned Beauty Network “American Beauty Star”. Recognized as a Female Digital Disruptor in 2018, Gonzalez continues to defy all odds in her career.

Benjamin Ganz, Founder, Vego Pictures: Ben Ganz spent 7 seasons with American Idol and FOX before launching his fullservice digital production and consulting company, Vego Pictures, in 2016. With his strong background producing digital content for Fox and American Idol, Ganz built Vego Pictures to support major networks like ABC, FOX, and Lionsgate. In the rapidly changing digital ecosphere, Vego Pictures works with networks, brands, record labels, music festivals, content creators, and artists to develop and execute cutting edge platform-specific content strategies that reach audiences with the right message on the right platform. Vego Pictures was part of the team that launched Kevin Hart’s Laugh Out Loud Network and continues to serve as their in-house production vendor developing marketing materials for original series, creating daily social media assets, and executing branded content with major names including Old Spice, Lyft, and Mountain Dew. Returning to his roots on American Idol, Ganz and Vego Pictures were brought onboard as the digital production vendor for the re-launch of American Idol on ABC in 2018. The social assets produced by Vego garnered an average of 1 billion digital impressions weekly over the course of the season. Ganz’s credits include 8 seasons of American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, The X Factor USA, Grease Live, Undercover Boss, and Pitbull’s New Year’s Eve. In addition to the successful development and sale of multiple shows, Ganz’s experience extends into branded content where he has executed collaborations with Coca Cola, Ford, Procter & Gamble, MetroPCS, and Rockstar Energy Drink. He has taken his passion for music to produce content for artists including The Chainsmokers, Odesza, Party Favor, Keith Urban, Lil Yachty, Three 6 Mafia, and Dan + Shay. Tai Greene is the founder and chairman of MCMG – Missing Channel Media Group, founder of MyChoice – contextual marketplace, founder of EXLabs – technology incubator and the managing partner of Exthusia, a strategic design and technology consulting practice that employs the User Centric Design methodology. They connect Product Management frameworks to Development best practices. Tai is responsible for running all facets of MCMG’s media business – network creation, distribution (digital, cable, satellite, OTA), agency and production partners. At MyChoice, he drives the company’s efforts to develop SaaS big data & ecommerce solutions and media networks that are transforming the media industry, while setting the strategic business direction. He also continues to guide the development of MyChoice’s suite of advertising products and the technology behind its content platform. Tai was a founding team member of in 2011 Zaarly, an on developing a proximity-based, real-time, buyer-powered market platform. Prior to creating Zaarly, in 2006, he founded Exthusia, a technology strategy consultancy that design’s, architect enterprise and mobile solutions for fortune 500 companies, including AIG, Berkshire Hathaway, Boeing, Hewlett Packard, Salesforce (XTaaS),  Toyota, Volkswagen, CapitalStream, One West Bank, Bank of America, Mitchell International, State Farm, Geico, Met Life Ins., AAA Insurance, Ohio State Bar Association, Warner Brothers, FOX, and Disney. In 2010, he was an adjunct at the Art Institute of California in the Web Interactive Media Department teaching Human Computer Interaction & entrepreneurship. Tai's activities combine an immediate interest in global emerging markets with enthusiasm for adventure, fascination with science and passion for people. He is currently focused on the advancement of the A.I. - Deep learning, Blockchain, mobile ubiquity, smart grid, renewable energy, content distribution, and cloud computing. Tai is on the board of TECHCamp SV, an accelerator catalyst for middle school through college-age students to form early stage STEAM entities that graduate into VC ready companies. He did grad studies in software management | HCI at Carnegie Mellon University Silicon Valley and holds a BA in multimedia from Cal State University Long Beach.

 

Jeffrey Stansfield is the President and CEO of Advantage Video Systems, a leading technology provider to the broadcast, motion picture, television and motion graphics industries. Stansfield launched AVS in 2001 and has steadily built its clientele by focusing on one customer at a time. His slogan, “How can we make your day perfect?” drives him and his team to empower clients with the latest information and technology solutions. His company’s work encompasses workflow consultation, design, installation and integration. Stansfield has served as a general board member, treasurer and secretary of SMPTE (Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers). He supports many other industry organizations including the Creative Pro User Group Network, the Digital Cinema Society, the Hollywood Post Alliance, the Society of Television Engineers and the National Association of Broadcasters. His more than 25 years of experience includes the construction of broadcast facilities as well as technology services for production and post-production facilities, special effects businesses and motion graphics businesses.  Stansfield is a certified editor in Final Cut, Avid and Adobe Premiere, and a beta tester for Adobe After Effects and Premiere. He holds certifications in cabling systems, including fiber, and offers expertise in cameras, lighting, shared storage and asset management solutions.

Lauren Cole is President of Cole Media (www.colemediala.com), a boutique consulting group that helps clients launch, evaluate, and grow media-related businesses, including a range of digital media (SVOD, iVOD, AVOD, YouTube channels), cable and satellite television networks, film distribution, broadcast and multicast television, connected TV devices, and mobile, in the U.S. and internationally. Typical projects include business strategy and plans. The company was established in 2002 and has worked with over 140 clients to date.  Past and present clients of Cole Media include Netflix, Gracenote, Yahoo!, Electus, Tribune Digital, Anonymous Content, M-Go, Technicolor, SK Telecom, Nike, Verizon Wireless, Ovation TV, TV One, Hasbro, NBCU, BBC Worldwide, and Scott Sanders Theatrical Productions (Broadway theater). Lauren was previously Chief Operating Officer of PacketVideo Corporation, an early mobile video company, and SVP, International Networks in Sony Pictures’ International Television division where she launched, made investments in, and supervised cable channel investments in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Australia. She also has worked in Warner Bros.’ Strategic Planning Department and at Bain and Company. Lauren has an A.B. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard College and M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Lauren frequently moderates panels at conferences such as Digital Hollywood, and often serves as an expert witness on entertainment-related litigation.
