Liz Wilson, Head of Strategic Partnerships, West, Under Armour Media Group: Liz Wright leads Under Armour’s Midwest Media and Advertising efforts and brings 10+ years of digital media advertising and strategy experience. Liz joined the organization by way of MapMyFitness in 2009 as the sixth employee and the first member of the sales team. With year over year growth of over 100% over three years, she helped establish benchmarks for best practices in all partner relationships within MapMyFitness and eventually Under Armour

Connected Fitness. Liz specializes in first-of-their-kind programs including Sports Authority League Integration, Wheaties NEXT, Tropicana Breakfast Rewards and American Family’s High School Challenge.   Prior to joining MapMyFitness, Liz held media strategy roles with top global advertising agencies Omnicom Group and Crispin Porter & Bogusky of Boulder.  In her tenure, she developed and executed interactive media programs with top brands in key industry verticals including Wrigley’s Orbit, Dominos and Hulu.com. Liz holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

 

Steven Haft is currently SVP Innovation at Time Inc., largest publisher in the U.S. and U.K, owner of such iconic brands as TIME, PEOPLE, Sports Illustrated and Fortune Magazines. Prior to joining Time, Haft built Indyworks, a media consultancy, where over the past decade he established himself as a thought leader on the impact of emerging technology on media for over 20 clients including Comcast Cable, Edelman Worldwide and Burson-Marstellar. In 2000, Steven Haft launched his digital career at AOL, rising to the role of Chief Strategy Officer of AOL’s $1.2 billion Interactive Marketing Group. Haft returned to AOL in 2012-13 as Senior Strategic Advisor. For two decades prior, Haft produced films and television which garnered 8 Academy Award nominations; BAFTAs and, for television, 8 Emmy nominations and the Peabody Award. Notable works include DEAD POETS SOCIETY, EMMA, PIRATES OF SILICON VALLEY, HOCUS POCUS and MADtv. Steven Haft is an elected Member of the Motion Picture Academy and Trustee (Emeritus) of Robert Redford’s Sundance Institute and the PGA (East). Mayors Bloomberg & DeBlasio appointed Haft to the Board of the Brooklyn Navy Yard Corporation, home to Steiner Studios. Steven Haft is a member of The Bar of the U. S. Supreme Court.

 

Carol Chung leads the Media Technology team at DigitasLBi, a capability comprised of 90+ media technology specialists across North America. Carol and her team are responsible for ad technology recommendation and implementation, campaign process, architecture and execution, and financial reconciliation and compliance. The media technology group also provides strategic vision, feasibility consultation, recommendation and activation on cutting-edge media technology for clients.  Carol also oversees the agency's approach on Media Technology Platforms, which includes programmatic, ad verification, data management & privacy, and creative technology. Having joined DigitasLBi in 2002, Carol has accumulated hands-on experience in all aspects of digital media, from strategic media planning and search engine management to campaign execution and integration of technology platforms. With over 12 years of experience in the field, Carol is a veteran in media strategy & operations and agency process. Prior to joining DigitasLBi, Carol worked at OMD, where she supervised large-scale digital brand initiatives on the Nissan-Infiniti automotive account.

 

Penny Baldwin, Vice President, Global Marketing and Communications, General Manager, Brand, Reputation and Partner Marketing, Intel: Penny Baldwin is vice president in the Global Marketing and Communications group and general manager of brand and reputation marketing at Intel Corporation. In this role, Baldwin is responsible for managing the global strategy and positioning for the Intel brand. This includes defining the global brand positioning, equity measurement and objectives by target, and developing brand assets and communication to bring that positioning to life across the regions. Prior to this role, Baldwin was executive vice president and chief marketing officer (CMO) of the Intel Security Group (formerly McAfee) at Intel. While there, she held global responsibility for marketing spanning brand management and integrated communications, product and solution marketing, field and channel, consumer, market intelligence and research, consumer and competitive insights, PR, government affairs, analyst relations, pricing strategies, and marketing operations. Prior to Intel, Baldwin was acting CMO and senior vice president, global brand strategy and marketing at Yahoo. There she drove global consumer marketing strategies, programs, budgets and results, spanning all channels and disciplines. Previously, Baldwin served as president and chief executive officer of Young & Rubicam Advertising and Wunderman Direct Marketing. She has had success in branding and marketing a wide range of global companies, including NetApp, Hitachi Data Systems, Citrix, Chevron, AT&T and Cadbury Schweppes.

 

Jason Jercinovic, President, Havas Worldwide Digital: Jason Jercinovic is a veteran digital marketer with a diverse career in advertising and marketing. Jason has been involved in marketing on a variety of levels: from agency to client, spend to buy, as well as from startup to established global engagements. Jason's career has spanned the development of the Internet as a premiere marketing tool. With an energetic obsession in all things digital, Jason has most recently focused on successfully applying social and mobile trends to brand engagement, his work running the gamut from global marketer (Nike) to media super star (Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber). Earlier in his career Jason headed up Havas Worldwide Digital in Australia, working on Global accounts (Intel & Dell) as well as helping to establish success with local clients (Sony Australia, Northern Territory Tourism Commission, Tourism Australia). Also while living in Australia, Jason ran the Asia Pacific-based mobile connectivity and integrated marketing services provider Communicator, funded by Australia's leading private equity/VC firm Allen and Buckridge (A-B.com.au). Prior to re-joining Havas Worldwide Digital in 2011 as the President of Havas Worldwide Digital, Jason was running the Nike Global Brand business at R/GA. Jason currently manages the Global Social Agency of Record business for IBM at Havas Worldwide. Jason is also active in preaching the Digital word to the next generation as a regular on the speaking circuit.

 

Lori Tabb is a Marketing Executive at leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA). Tabb works in the Los Angeles office and currently leads business development initiatives and client Canada Goose. In her tenure at CAA, Tabb has represented many of the world’s leading corporations and brands such as Hasbro, Mattel, Southwest Airlines, Starwood Hotels, Cirque Du Soleil, Microsoft, QVC and Best Buy – launching film franchises including TRANSFORMERS and Television series including On The Fly and Luna Petunia coming soon to Netflix. CAA Marketing successes include two Cannes Grand Prix Awards for Chipotle’s “Cultivate” campaign, a Webby Award for Bing’s Redu activism campaign and a Silver Pencil award for Hasbro’s Transformers. Tabb began her career as an account coordinator at Ogilvy & Mather, working with Paramount Home Video and Paramount’s Great America. Tabb later spent seven years as Senior Partner, Director of Client Services at J. Walter Thompson, where she helped build the company from a team of two to a staff of 60. At J. Walter Thompson, Tabb ran accounts including Fox Kids Network, ABC Family Channel, Bandai North America, Peninsula Beverly Hills, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and Maxicare Health Insurance. She joined CAA in 2003. Tabb is a graduate of California State University with a dual Bachelor of the Arts Degree in both Business and Communications. She received a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Pepperdine University.

 

Tom Flanagan, Partner, Nut + Bolt. As a co-founder and partner of Nut + Bolt, Tom is responsible for driving content strategies and creative services for global brands and entertainment companies. As a former EVP for Leo Burnett, Tom launched the company's NYC office and helped lead the company's entertainment marketing and content creation efforts. As a marketer, Tom has extensive experience in the sports, music and film industries. He has also launched digital divisions of global companies, and created start-ups focused on video production  and technology consulting. In Asia, Tom has worked closely with industry leading entertainment companies in China and Japan. His co-workers have helped him win many awards, including a Gold Cannes Lion and Gold Clio for Branded Content. He is proud to be a board member for the Love Hope Strength Foundation. www.ntblt.com
