Prior to joining AdColony, Mr. Yang served in key marketing and strategy functions at Toyota Motor Sales, USA, playing a leading role in the launch of the first-ever Toyota Rewards Visa Card and acclaimed marketing initiatives for the Scion brand. Before joining Toyota, Mr. Yang served as an investment banker in the Media and Entertainment Industries Group for SG Cowen. Mr. Yang holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Economics with Honors from the University of California, Los Angeles.

 

Yahav Isak, SVP of Operations, Publicis Life Brands Medicus:  Focusing on Operations at Publicis Life Brands Medicus, Yahav currently oversees the agency Project Management discipline, Client Operations, and Digital capabilities. In close collaborations with the Marketing, Creative, Technology and Strategy leads, Yahav brings efficiencies to increase profitability and orchestrate seamless integration across all disciplines.  Yahav has 15 years of operations and marketing experience, specializes in building and leading integrated agency teams. Most recently at WPP Group’s JWT in New York, he established the agency’s digital group and headed the agency’s digital studio operation and p&l. In that role Yahav also ensured integration of all disciplines (print, TV and digital) across the agency utilizing custom asset management system. He has led program management across such clients as J&J, Microsoft, Royal Caribbean, Marine Corps, Cadbury, Rolex and DTC.  Prior to that, Yahav led Program Management of the Interactive Group at TBWA Worldwide’s Tequila unit. Developing the eCRM process and production for Sprint, as well as overall Digital offering. His clients included: Sprint Nextel, Disney, Chivas, Jameson and Hotels.com

 

Offer Yehudai, President, Inneractive: Offer co-founded Inneractive to help developers better monetize their apps. He found that mobile advertising returned higher revenues to the developer than app sales, yet ad networks were not providing a good solution. At Inneractive, Offer drives the product vision of the company's mobile SSP. He is also responsible for the company's relationships with developers and publishers. Offer contributes to inneractive his deep experience in mobile, internet and media. Offer has managed business development, product development and global scale projects with industry leaders throughout the world.

 

Frank Sinton is the CEO of Beachfront Media, a video solutions platform for publishers, advertisers, and enterprises. Previously, he worked for Sony Pictures Entertainment as Executive Director of Architecture. Lauren Cole, President, Cole Media: Prior to establishing Cole Media, Ms. Cole spent many years at Sony Pictures Entertainment in the International Television division where she was responsible for launching, making investments in, and supervising Sony's cable channel investments in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Australia. During her tenure at Sony, she helped launch or make investments in 35 channels, including several versions of the company's AXN and Sony Entertainment Television brands, premium movie channel partnerships, music channels, and other general entertainment and specialty channels. In addition to identifying opportunities and negotiating agreements to establish the channels, she also supervised the operations on an ongoing basis, either directly in the case of Sony-owned channels, or as an active Board Member for joint venture channels. Ms. Cole also headed up operations for Columbia TriStar International Television. Ms. Cole was also Chief Operating Officer of PacketVideo Corporation, the first company with technology and applications to stream video over wireless devices. At PacketVideo she oversaw all of the business activities of the company, both domestically and internationally. Under her supervision, PacketVideo established contractual relationships with over 200 global media and internet companies, including all of the major studios, and numerous major broadcasters, cable companies, and streaming media companies around the world. Ms. Cole also worked in Warner Bros.' Strategic Planning Dept, and was an Associate Consultant at Bain and Company. She graduated with honors in Applied Mathematics from Harvard College and has an M.B.A from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She currently serves as a Mentor to start-up companies at Amplify LA, StartEngine, and MuckerLab.

Cory Klippsten is Chief Business Officer of Fuisz Media, responsible for Sales, Business Development and Marketing. Cory came to Fuisz from Google, where he worked on ad sales strategy and operations. Before Google he was a management consultant with McKinsey's New York office and Bridge Strategy in Chicago, focused on growth strategy, sales and marketing. Prior to earning an MBA at the University of Chicago, he worked for Microsoft Interactive Television, Ogilvy (interactive advertising), and Morgan Stanley (interactive marketing).
