Mr. Schwartz graduated with a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and received his J.D. from Cornell Law School.

 

David Shall, COO & General Counsel, Tornante Television: Prior to joining Vuguru in 2010, David was Executive Vice President, Business Operations/General Counsel, FremantleMedia North America, Inc., where he oversaw business affairs for the hit television programs American Idol, America's Got Talent and The Price is Right, and assisted in the formation and operation of Atomic Wedgie, FremantleMedia's Digital Comedy Studio. David also served as Executive Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs and New Business Development, Twentieth Television, the syndication and first-run production division of Twentieth Century Fox. Earlier in his career, David worked as a business & legal affairs executive at FX Networks in New York City, Tribune Entertainment Company in Chicago and Paramount Domestic Television in Hollywood. David received his B.A. in English and History, and J.D., from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

 

Corey Davis, Vice President Marketing, ClickBank: Corey Davis has worked in the Internet marketing space for over 15 years with a proven track record of growing technology and media companies. Currently, Corey is responsible or all of ClickBank's marketing activities, helping the company become a top 100 Internet retailer, a leader in monetizing YouTube traffic, and the go-to marketplace for digital media entrepreneurs. Before ClickBank, Corey served as Vice President of Marketing for iTOK, Inc. where he drove triple-digit growth that landed the company on the list of the Top 15 fastest growing companies in Utah. He also co-founded Vucci, Inc. in 2008 and served as CEO providing virtual desktops and interactive concierge services for hotel guests. Throughout his career, Corey has held senior-level marketing positions at Ancestry.com, Classmates, NetZero and Sundance Catalog.

 

Bruce Perlmutter is a multi-platform development strategist. His most recent role as Senior Vice President of programming and production at Revolt media, Bruce was on the launch team of the music network. Targeting the highly coveted millennial demographic who live at the speed of social media is a top priority along with developing strategic partnerships for the creation and distribution of original branded content. Prior to joining Revolt, Bruce served as Senior Vice President at the E! Network. Bruce’s oversight included Eonline, E! News, long form specials, live events, sponsored live streams, new program & talent development. An award winning Executive Producer and programmer, Bruce has held Senior Executive roles at the world’s top cable news networks: CNN, CNBC, MSNBC and FOX.  He developed and produced countless hours of programming including news, magazine programs, unscripted docuseries and live events. In 2005, Bruce launched and served as General Manager of the inaugural ESPN/Tribeca Sports Film Festival, a co-venture which focused on new sports film properties, digital distribution, sales & sponsorship, and on-site activations with professional teams and leagues. This brand extension for both partners Tribeca Films and ESPN was a critical and financial success. Bruce is an adjunct professor for New York University’s Tisch School and Syracuse University’s Newhouse School teaching and lecturing on how to reach Millennials on television. He is a Syracuse grad and  member of the Newhouse school advisory board.

 

Michael Sid, CEO, Mediamorph: Mr. Michael Sid, also known as Mike Co-founded and has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of MediaMorph Inc. since April 10, 2007 and serves as its President. From November 2004 until founding MediaMorph, Mr. Sid served as President of Michael Sid & Associates, a private consulting firm providing management consulting services to clients. From September 2005 to April 2007, he served as Vice President of Services for Connotate Technologies, a software provider. Previously, Mr. Sid served as a Senior Manager of BearingPoint from January 2004 to November 2004 and was a Senior Director at Sony Music Entertainment from August 2002 to January 2004 where, he oversaw the technology group. Prior to that, Mr. Sid served as a Managing Director at Context Integration from September 1998 to August 2002, which provided technology consulting services. He received a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1988.

Russell Schwartz, Senior Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs, Starz: has been Senior Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Starz Entertainment, LLC since April 5, 2011. Mr. Schwartz served as President of New Line Domestic Marketing of New Line Cinema, LLC and Time Warner Inc. He was Partner at the law firm of Sachnoff & Weaver. A 25-year TV industry veteran, Mr. Schwartz most recently was a Consultant, with clients including individual producers, new media start ups, ABC Studios and ABC Network.
