Jessica Sibley is Vice President, Advertising Sales for Forbes Media.  She leads the company’s Eastern Region sales team and reports to Forbes Media Chief Revenue Officer Mark Howard.  With over 20 years of experience leading sales for top media brands, Ms. Sibley has served in multiple roles, including Publisher of The Week and Bloomberg Businessweek, as well as Vice President of Multi Media Sales at The Wall Street Journal.  She began her sales career at Forbes Media, where she served for eight years as a sales manager in the New York and Washington, D.C. offices.  She serves on the board of directors for the International Advertising Association (IAA) and the Business Marketing Association (BMA). A graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges, Ms. Sibley resides in New York City with her husband and two children.

Peter Naylor is Senior Vice President, Sales, at Hulu. Peter comes to Hulu with over 25 years of advertising sales experience. He was most recently Executive Vice President of Ad Sales for NBC News Digital and has worked across news, sports, and entertainment while at NBC. While at NBCU, he oversaw NBC News Digital Group responsible for advertising sales for the company’s news digital properties including NBCnews.com, MSNBC.com, CNBC.com, Today.com, iVillage.com, as well as the Universal Audience Platform. Peter also spearheaded the launch of the Universal Audience Platform, a “first party” online ad network of NBCU owned-and-operated digital properties reaching 100 million unique users each month. Prior to his post at NBC News Digital, Naylor ran digital advertising sales for the company’s entertainment and sports digital properties including NBC.com, NBCSports.com and NBCOlympics.com, SyFy.com, Bravotv.com, USANetwork.com, Oxygen.com AccessHollywood.com. He has also served as a member of the board of directors of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) for over ten years and was Chairman of the Board in 2012.

 

LINDA ONG , CEO, TruthCo.:  Linda Ong is the CEO of TruthCo., an independent brand consultancy developing culturally relevant insights for brands, companies and nonprofits. Ong has been at the center of some of the most high-profile brand transformations in the media and entertainment industry over the past 20 years and was most recently named one of Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People in Business for 2014. TruthCo.’s most notable projects include the brand launch of the History Channel and the Ellen DeGeneres Show, the re-launch of Bravo, and the recent ascendance of Univision.   Ong’s award-winning work and involvement serving on the boards of AIGA/NY and PROMAX/BDA have led her to be a popular industry speaker and cultural commentator for Ad Age, Cynopsis, TheWrap, Digital Hollywood, The Hollywood Reporter and Entertainment Tonight. Her groundbreaking work on cultural insights related to Hispanics, Millennials and the changing media landscape have positioned Ong as a sought-after cultural advisor and speaker for such organizations and companies as the National Association of Hispanic Journalists, The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority and The Walt Disney Company. She was appointed as “Innovation Ambassador” to the 2014 United Nations World Summit on Innovation and Entrepreneurship and has presented at the White House.   Prior to founding her own shop, Ong was senior vice president of marketing for Oxygen Media, where she oversaw the multi-platform launch of Oxygen Network. Prior to that, she was managing director of strategy and creative director for Lee Hunt Associates, with clients such as MSNBC and Sundance Channel. Jesse Redniss, Co-founder, BRaVe Ventures: Jesse is an Emmy-nominated and Shorty Award-winning storyteller who has become a leading voice in defining and reinventing the future of TV. From his use of innovative technologies to his ability to meld marketing and show running for a winning recipe, Jesse has been on the front-lines from all angles. He is the visionary who turned USA Network into the no. 1 cable network in digital entertainment and introduced gamification to the world of network branding. In addition to spending more than eight years as SVP of Digital at USA Network spearheading the networks digital, social TV, and second screen initiatives, he also managed technology innovations, monetization strategies and content development for the brand with leading breakthrough successes like Psych’s Hashtag Killer and more recently USA’s industry-defining screen unification. Just prior to co-founding BRaVe Ventures, Mr. Redniss was also the Chief Strategy Officer leading media relationships at Spredfast.  Among his accolades, Jesse is an Emmy nominee, was named a Multichannel News ‘40 under 40’ to watch in the digital world, as well as the recipient of TV of Tomorrow’s 2013 Individual Leadership award and 2012 and 2013 Social TV Marketer of the Year. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for PromaxBDA as well as sits on the Vision Council for the Television Academy IMPG (EMMY)

 

Frank Radice, Expert in Residence, Definition 6:  Frank Radice serves as Expert In Residence for Definition 6. As Expert In Residence, he advises Definition 6 leadership and clients on marketing strategy and issues pertinent to the evolution and transformation of the broadcasting and cable industry.  In 2013, Radice was also a principal in the creation of the Univision Agency and, in 2014, he helped oversee the on-air launch of Robert Rodriguez’s El Rey Network and the creation of the on-air agency for Univision Deportes. He also worked on the on-air campaign for Univision’s coverage of the 2014 World Cup.  Radice joined Definition 6 from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS), where he was President and Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to NATAS, Radice served as Executive Vice President of Advertising and Promotion at NBC Universal’s NBC Agency, where he was responsible for NBC News and MSNBC, as well as NBC Entertainment programs like Saturday Night Live, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, and Last Call with Carson Daly.  Radice’s 40-year career in network television spans executive positions at NBC, ABC, CBS, and CNN. In 2007, he supervised the creation of a promotional online microsite for Where in the World is Matt Lauer? and the promotional launch of the fourth hour of Today on NBC. In 1996, Radice oversaw the promotion and marketing of the launch of MSNBC, a 24-hour cable and Internet joint venture between NBC News and Microsoft.  In addition, Radice was a principal in the deal between NBC Universal and Proctor & Gamble that launched Petside.com, a web destination catering to the $40 billion pet industry.  As a journalist, Radice received two Columbia DuPont Awards and two national Emmy Awards; as a marketing executive, he is the recipient of the TV Week Magazine/Promax “Campaign of Distinction” award, an inductee into the PromaxBDA “Hall of Fame,” and was named a “Brand Builder of the Year” by Broadcasting & Cable and Multichannel News magazines.  Radice is also an award-winning composer and musician who co-wrote a number of pieces of television music including one of the most successful NBC Today Show theme songs, “America’s First Family.” In 2013, he co-wrote a theme song for Univision’s award-winning morning show Despierta America.  In 2006, Radice and his wife Vida co-wrote Sam Katz on the Loose, a pop-up children’s book illustrated by the world famous artist Charles Fazzino and published by Random House. Most recently, a set of puzzles based on the book was released exclusively by Barnes & Noble to stores nationwide.
