creative process, and helped deliver a younger, fresh, irreverent new show that has continued to enjoy ratings growth. At CBS, Leigh was responsible for all development for the syndicated division, and packaged the Arsenio Hall show launching this fall. Identifying a talent that was capable of hosting a late night show, and pairing him with a fresh executive producer, helped the studio sell the show within a matter of weeks of the announcement. In addition to that major launch, she oversaw all of the syndicated division's development projects including primetime, chemistry tests, and pilots. Leigh began her career compiling and analyzing ratings for some of the most senior executives in the business. For Barry Diller and his corporate group, she became the trusted source for analysis and daily breakdowns of overnight ratings for broadcast and cable. Leveraging her background in research and quantitative analysis, Leigh was able to shape strategies to address a myriad of demographics. At Universal, she advised teams on programming for USA Network, Sci Fi, Trio, and all of the studio productions. At Comedy Central, she helped drive double digit ratings success with programming “blocks”. At Warner Bros. and CBS she oversaw multiple shows - adding to her knowledge of nearly all demographics, and honing her skills at developing diverse programming strategies.
