Andrew Graham is a senior talent manager at Big Frame, where he cultivates the careers of digital stars to establish and grow their brands from the ground up. He was one of the first Hollywood managers exclusively dedicated to talent emerging from digital platforms and has pioneered a number of the early success stories in this nascent industry. He has focused on expanding clients' careers beyond YouTube, while creating unique opportunities on digital platforms.  Over the past year, Andrew worked with Connor Franta to launch two music compilation albums into the Billboard Top 200, create and launch Common Culture Coffee, and also brokered the star’s debut memoir A Work in Progress, published by Simon & Schuster. Andrew was also behind the launch of Kian Lawley and Jc Caylen’s comedy and cinematic short film channel, one of the fastest growing IPs in digital, which was strategically developed to incubate characters and stories with the ability to take proof-of-concept to the masses without the help of a TV network, studio, or theater. In addition, Andrew had a hand in procuring JennXPenn’s book deal with Scholastic titled, Really Professional Internet Person, which is planned for a September 2015 worldwide release. He was also the executive producer of #O2LForever, the upcoming documentary of former YouTube super group, Our2ndLife, whom he managed through December of 2014.  Graham currently manages digital stars including Connor Franta, Kian Lawley, Jc Caylen, JennXPenn, Shanna Malcolm, ThatSoJack, and Brittani Louise Taylor. Prior to Big Frame, Andrew co-founded the Fullscreen talent management department, where he built the roster to over 40 full service clients and eight talent managers before AT&T and Chernin acquired the company for a quarter of a billion dollars. Graham holds a B.S. from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications.
