Melinda Moore is an award-winning marketing executive, entrepreneur and angel investor.  Currently chief marketing officer at equity crowdfunding platform, Crowdfunder,  and co-founder of the esteemed female business community, Tuesdaynights, Melinda has many roles: business owner, investor, entrepreneur, connector and advisor.  She has led digital strategy and integrated marketing campaigns for some of the world’s most prominent cause-related and consumer brands, including: Credo Mobile, Ford, LIVESTRONG, Netflix, Obama for America, Sony, USA Networks and YouTube.  At Crowdfunder — which has successfully fund raised for Neil Young’s Pono and Yao Ming’s Yao Family Wines, among many others — Melinda is tasked with scaling platform growth exponentially along with executing innovative marketing campaigns to help businesses fundraise online through equity crowdfunding.

Jill Calcaterra, CMO, Cinedigm

 

Jill Newhouse Calcaterra joined Cinedigm as Chief Marketing Officer on May 1, 2011, following a four year consulting relationship with the company. Calcaterra reports directly to Chris McGurk, Chairman and CEO of Cinedigm. In her capacity as CMO and member of the Management Committee, Calcaterra manages corporate marketing, business development, investor relations and public relations for all Cinedigm divisions, including the entertainment group and digital cinema deployment. A twenty-year entertainment industry veteran, Calcaterra was Vice President of Marketing, Promotions and Partner Relations at Nelvana Communications/Corus Entertainment; Vice President of Marketing at PorchLight Entertainment, and gleaned extensive experience in the advertising world at Goldberg Moser O’Neill and Hoffman/Lewis. She has also been a trusted advisor to a number of clients, including Simon Malls, Smartycard, Imbee, Everloop, MGA/Bratz, PBS Kids and more.

 

Ivan Van Norman, CEO, Create Crowd Sorcery: Make things worth participating on", has always been Ivan's vision. Helping others succeed allows him to succeed, and to this day he has raised nearly $2M in crowdfunding capital and have engaged over 40,000 unique individuals in projects over the course of his single year in this field. Ivan has the unique perspective of working nearly every side of development during his tenure in Los Angeles. Creatively, he carries BFA in Film Production at Chapman University, but he's also marketing several start ups and owns his own Book Publishing company. Crowdfunding is changing the way people engage businesses and he feels a balanced blend of technical and social skills will help any creative team get their project off the ground and see their vision to become reality.

 

Brad Yasar, Businessman, Investor & Entrepreneur: Brad is an entrepreneur, investor, mentor and advisor who has started and bootstrapped several projects from inception to maturity over the course of years. His passion is to empower people by bridging technology and marketing. His business development and marketing foundations were learned hands on at the companies he started, joined at the early stages of formation or consulted for at different stages of accomplishment.  Brad’s early career was spent in the financial markets and honing his sales skills. A highly qualified Business Executive with over 15 years of validated expertise in diverse industries, his business acumen is only second to his passion for helping others reach their goals. He currently sits on the boards of Yasar Corporation and Beyond Enterprises to name a few and is an advisor to several other technology companies.

 

Gregory Parker, Ph.D., Co-Founder & CEO, IndieCrowdFunder.com

Gregory Parker has worked as a public policy analyst, director of software development and most recently an elected and appointed government official. Gregory, a graduate of Columbia Southern and Walden Universities, holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, a Master's of Public Administration; and has completed open courseware from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Economics. He has more than 17+ years of management experience to include managing large multi- million dollar government organizations. Gregory's passion led him to the entertainment industry where he has directed music videos, TV pilots and film shorts. Gregory currently holds Series 82 and Series 63 securities license.
