Moksha Fitzgibbons, CRO, Complex Media: Moksha Fitzgibbons joined Complex in 2002, where he has been responsible for impressive year-over-year ad sales growth and has introduced a wide variety of innovative programs such as multi-tiered advertising initiatives, cross-platform sales, custom premium content ownership sections and 360 touch-point programs combining online, offline and special events. Prior to joining Complex, Moksha was Fashion Manager at The Source Magazine from 1999-2002. He has a BS in PoliSci from Southern Connecticut State University.

Lisa Filipelli, Vice President of Talent, Big Frame: Lisa Filipelli is Vice President of Talent at Big Frame, an industry leading full-service talent management company that represents both digital and traditional talent. The company is owned by AwesomenessTV, a subsidiary of DreamWorks Animation. At Big Frame, Lisa’s client roster includes some of YouTube’s most influential creators such as Tyler Oakley, Ingrid Nilsen (AKA MissGlamorazzi) and Amanda Steele (AKA Makeupbymandy24).  Prior to Big Frame, Lisa served as the Director of Talent at DanceOn, one of the original funded YouTube Channels, and worked as an Agent Trainee in the Commercial Endorsements Department at Creative Artists Agency (CAA). While at CAA, Lisa worked on many high level advertising campaigns within the social media landscape for brands including Lancôme, L’Oreal, Hugo Boss, Mercedes Benz, and Omega.  Lisa currently serves on the board for Teen Impact Affiliates, an organization committed to raising awareness, visibility and financial resources to support programs at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

 

Alyssa Vitrano, VP-Content Strategy, Federated Media:  Alyssa Vitrano is a content producer with more than 15 years of experience in print, broadcast, digital, and social media. As vice president of content strategy, Alyssa leads the development and management of content strategies for FM’s brand partners. She brings a vast knowledge of content and editorial experience to FM, having experience in digital development and production at IMG Entertainment, in broadcast as a news producer and talent director at MTV, and in print as the entertainment director of YM magazine.  Alyssa previously worked at Mindshare, where she was responsible for content strategy for agency clients that included American Express, Unilever, Bacardi, and many others. She also worked at Digitas in the branded content division, developing and performing innovative, organically integrated branded entertainment programs.

 

Evan Fleischer, Executive Vice President of Brand Partnerships and Business Development, Believe Entertainment Group: Fleischer leads the digital entertainment company’s key brand partnerships and distribution execution, developing new ways for brands to leverage the company’s content and media platforms. Fleischer was formerly VP of integrated marketing and branded entertainment for SundanceTV, where he was responsible for creating dynamic, multi-platform sponsor partnerships and ad sales opportunities for the network; before that, he served as senior partner at MEC Entertainment, developing and producing original TV series, digital media, films and more. Previously, he was VP of marketing and promotions at IFC where he conceived, developed and launched the IFC Media Lab, a digital portal for cultivating the best in user-generated independent film. Additionally, he was VP of branded entertainment at Heavy.com and director of ad trade marketing at Fuse TV. Among the premium brands he has partnered with are Jaguar, Pernod Ricard, Bacardi, Diageo, BMW, Canon, AT&T, Subaru, Hyundai, Experian, Chase, AT&T, IKEA, Citi, Colgate-Palmolive, Hill's and Campbell's.

 

Alan Ives is wywy’s vice president of business development, North America. Before joining wywy, Ives held digital sales and marketing leadership positions with ABC, Time, Inc., CBS and MSNBC Interactive. He has been a featured speaker and panelist at the iMedia Agency Summit, 212.org, the Chicago Interactive Media Association and Paid Content's Future of Business Media conference. Alan has extensive experience creating custom marketing solutions that maximize cross screen advertising investments and has been quoted in the New York Times, Businessweek and Ad Age

 

Gina Garrubbo, CEO, Garrubbo & Company:  Combing years of success with a unique energy and entrepreneurial approach, Garrubbo advises companies who want to build their business in the media field or via digital, social or mobile advertising.  From helping teams create a vision and raising funds, to building or re-engineering infrastructure, Garrubbo creates scalable ways in which companies can grow.  Gina is a veteran of the social, digital, cable TV and advertising industries, with more than twenty years of launching and building businesses on a global scale. Gina has extensive executive and operational experience at Fortune 500 companies (Discovery, Hearst, Oxygen, NBCU) and start-ups women.com and BlogHer.  Gina builds teams and uses them to establish the processes and infrastructure to rapidly scale businesses.  She has pioneered how Fortune 500 brands engage with social media influencers and consumers, leading the creation of branded content, video, in-store events and cross-platform initiatives.  Much of what Garrubbo has accomplished is in regard to company launches.  Most recently, she built a global digital advertising for Hearst across all of their digital properties around the world, allowing brands to do multi-country advertising deals.   Currently, she is an investor and board member of Swissclear Global, a new prepaid digital service.  As a board member of the Social Media Advertising Consortium (SMAC) and as an early board member of the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB), Garrubbo helped create standards and best practices for brands and publishers in the digital space.

Garrubbo spent the early part of her career in national TV where she was a Divisional Vice President of Discovery Communications, responsible for building the eastern advertising sales for the company's online and cable franchises, Vice Presidnet of Action Media Group a barter syndication company and a national television buyer at Wells, Rich, Greene and McCann-Erickson in New York.

Garrubbo holds a BA from Wells College, and resides in New Jersey with her daughter Sophia.
