Mike Davis, Chief Operating Officer, Brand Arc; Mike has over thirty years of experience in numerous production and post-production roles. Before joining Brand Arc in April 2005, Mike produced a variety of TV projects such as “I Design” for The Fine Living Network, “Find and Design” for A&E and “Body of Evidence” for Discovery/Fit TV. Mike manages and produces multi-platform integrations across all Brand Arc clients.  Prior to joining Brand Arc, he was the Executive Producer and founder of 34 Degrees North, an editorial and production service facility. Mike’s production work includes television, commercials, music videos, web broadcasts, radio, and corporate videos. He has done work for blue chip clients and their ad agencies such as Ford-J. Walter Thompson, Hasbro-Grey Worldwide, Lexus-Team One, Discovery Channel, ESPN, Foote Cone Belding-S.F-Janus, Southern Co.-Lewis Communications, and Transamerica and The Walt Disney Company-Weller & O’Sullivan.  Mike is the  Chief Operating Officer and the first employee hired at Brand Arc. When he’s not managing the Toyota account, you might find him in his man cave with his sidekick and adopted rescue dog, Lily.

 

Mark Marraccini, Head of Development, Kids at Play: Marraccini oversees creative for Kids at Play’s diverse development slate with a special focus on unscripted television. With almost 20 years of production experience, he's a veteran producer and director of cable television and digital content, with credits that include MTV News, “Access Hollywood,” AMC, CurrentTV, TLC, VH1, Fuse, Yahoo! and Vevo where he created their hit game show “Super Fan Showdown” which is currently in its second season and is hosted by Justin James Hughes. Marraccini is also an accomplished editor with credits at Yahoo!, AMC, and WatchLOUD where he edited the first season of their popular single-camera scripted comedy series “Watsky's Making an Album!”. He began his career in television production at VH1 and MTV in New York City.

 

Michael Suggett, VP/Executive Producer-Original Programming for Mind Over Eye/TEN: The Enthusiast Network: Mike is a creative executive with more than 10 years of experience in original programming development and production, branded content, and integrated video marketing solutions. As VP/Exec Producer-Original Programming for TEN, he spearheads content production for the publisher’s many outlets focused on automotive and sports. His recent accolades include two Maggie Awards for his work on Motor Trend's short form documentary series ‘The Downshift’ and reality series Epic Drives, as well as a Cannes Cyber Lion for TEN’s reality series ‘BUILT’ with eBay. Prior to TEN Mike held positions at E! Entertainment Television and Eye Candy Post.

 

Tom Morgan, founder and CEO of Net2TV (www.net2tv.com), is an expert on the convergence of digital and traditional media and in building business models to support these changes. For the past decade, Morgan has focused on business development in the digital TV space, with special attention to advertising models for DVRs, video on demand (VOD) and broadband TV. Before founding Net2TV, Morgan led MediaD.TV, a consulting firm that developed premium Internet television services in collaboration with clients like Virgin Management Group. As chief strategy officer for Move Networks, he developed the advertising technology platform used by ABC.com, Fox.com, ESPN360 and other Internet TV-based sites. As founder and CEO of BlackArrow Corporation, Morgan pioneered a new era of digital TV (VOD) advertising system used by Comcast and other multiple system operators (MSOs) for dynamic, profile-based, on-demand advertising. He also co-founded the DiMA Group, a digital TV consulting and research firm. Early in his career he held executive positions at America Online, BroadVision, IDG Interactive Services and MTV/Nickelodeon.

 

Conrad L. Ricketts, Executive Producer and founding partner of Proven Entertainment Content Distribution and Development, has produced hundreds of hours of television, over 300 hours on Extreme Makeover Home Edition alone as Executive Producer and changed the face of Reality Television. Conrad has won and been nominated for numerous awards, including five Prime Time Emmy’s, winning two back to back, and a two-time winner of the People’s Choice Awards. Conrad has been nominated for an Academy Award, is the recipient of two Producer’s Guild Awards, and two NAACP Image Awards, and over 50 community awards. He has produced television and movies in all 50 states, and around the world. Today Conrad continues to produce and develop new shows for both television and the web, and maintains extensive relationships with major networks, production companies and agents within television and web worldwide including China, Middle East, Korea, UK and Latin America.

 

Ann Greenberg, founder/CEO, Sceneplay: At her new company, Sceneplay, serial entrepreneur and inventor, Ann Greenberg, is building a cloud-based platform to crowdsource the creation of scripted video. Previously, Greenberg co-founded Gracenote, a leading metadata and Automatic Content Recognition service (acquired by Sony in 2008.) Gracenote answers half a billion queries daily and is embedded in over one billion consumer electronic, software and automotive devices. Greenberg also co-founded ION, which pioneered the enhanced CD format and early interactive cinema systems. Before starting her own companies, she headed marketing for Academy Award winning, Pressman Films.

Sharon Mussalli currently serves as Business Lead, Entertainment on the Global Marketing Solutions team at Facebook based out of the New York office.  Her team oversees relationships with the some of the largest names in television, focusing primarily on cable television.  Through their efforts, the team forges key strategic partnerships with television networks that contribute to their continued growth across all core initiatives. Sharon brought 14 years of tenure in the entertainment and lifestyle media space to her role at Facebook, most recently having served as Director of Digital Media at Clear Channel Media + Entertainment/iHeartRadio.  Sharon holds a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
